Which news agencies hire at least one foreign correspondent?

I'm a writer, editing content for a major one now. I know how to use Google. What I'm after here is a thoughtful answer. I want to live and work in Europe and write feature articles in English there. A work visa, that's fine. I want to make at least $40,000 and to be able to come back to California at least once a year. Who's hiring? Break it to me.
