Obama set em up and knocked em down, and he's getting a kick out of it as well he should. This whole birth certificate thing was his idea, that's why he's laughing. Planted a bug in someones ear a couple of years ago and the Republicans ate it up, and Obama is making them look like morons. As brilliant campaign strategies go, this is one of the best I've seen. If it continues to go as planned they'll make a big deal out of the fake thing and right before election time the real one will show up and the Republicans will look even more foolish than they do now.
