What is the importance of Morality?

Morality isn't important, but being able to get along and work with others is very important. Morals are always deluded if they're based in religion, and moral stencils can't fit every situation. Its better to just judge what you should do from situation to situation. The only people who don't understand this are those who cannot think for themselves, most are too irresponsible.
