Since Gaddafi's forces are still killing civilians in Misurata, is Obama's policy a complete failure in Libya?

Its a lose lose whenever you talk about the Middle East.If we arm the rebels,then more then likely would be handing arms to al-quieda that will later be used to kill Americans.If we do nothing then there will be mass murders and the people left standing will only hate us more.What the rebels need to do they aren't smart enough to figure out is to retreat,gather the actually Army officers with real combat training,train a Hundred men and send them out to train others then make a stand to Tripoli.The Middle East is a mess always has been and always will be.They shout Allah akbar and run blindly into open fire and think that God will protect them.Its Obamas cross to bear this time instead of Bush.The fault just falls to who ever is President at the time.But at least Bush knew what he was doing and not making it up as he went like Obama.
