I'm confused. You can be "skinny" but have fat, and how do you lose it?

By replacing high fat foods with low fat ones and lots of exercise. For example instead of drinking milk drink almond milk. I prefer almond breeze in vanilla. It has more calcium and vitamin D than milk does but less fat. Also cutting out snack bars out of your diet and replace them with fruit and veggies. Pretty much if you ditch all packaged processed foods besides the ones you absolutely need then you will lose fat.
