Abortion question, no rude answers, judgements, or offensive oppinions please...?

I'm asking this for my friend.. I'll just call her "Susan." Back in february, she found out she was pregnant. She was only 17, and her boyfriend was 22. Her parents were furious, but she wanted to keep the baby very badly. And her boyfriend was fully able to support them and take care of her and a baby. Her parents were so mean and harsh to her, that she ultimately decided to get an abortion to make them happy. She spiralled into a major depression, finished high school on homebound so that she wouldn't have to face people, and broke up with her loving boyfriend. It has been five months since the abortion, and since then she worked very hard to regain her sanity, and graduate from high school. She is finally starting to be happy again, and she got back together with her boyfriend about a month ago. The college she is going to attend is in Texas, her boyfriend lives in South Carolina, but she's coming back in one semester, (about six months from now) so they're going to do long distance until then. She was on birth control, but has a hard time remembering to take it even after everything that happened. Now she is worried she might be pregnant again, as she leaves for texas in a week, and doesn't know how to tell her parents and boyfriend if she is pregnant again. It would be so complicated, but she'd keep the baby if she was. How should she tell/what do you think the parents and boyfriend will say?
