Anxious thoughts about killing people?

I'm not a professional therapist so the thoughts I express are based upon my life and what I have seen and experienced. Having said that you may disregard my ideas as absurd; you may well be right. It seems to me you are filled with anger...perhaps rage would be the better term. I know nothing about your life but if you had to play a role which prevented you from losing your temper, or more accurately, prevented you from showing the world the anger inside of you, you may have reached the point where you are, ".......mad as hell and you're not going to take it anymore." If there's any truth in that then it's easy to understand why you have thoughts about killing people. I suppose it's similar to angry people breaking things: an act that I think is both childish and pointless, but I guess it works for some people. Get yourself a heavy bag and get someone to teach you the proper way to hit it so you don't injure your hands. Then proceed to beat the hell out of it. It may not work but at least you'll be too tired to kill anyone. As for anxiety, the more a person is forced to conform to the expectations that are placed upon them, the more the fear of failing those expectations becomes. That's enough to make anyone anxious. If anything I've said seems to strike a chord of recognition, then I am glad I've tried to help. I'm sure you can appreciate how difficult it is to guess what's troubling you when I don't know you from Eve. I have said nothing about the resolution of these conflicts because that would take a better understanding of you and the necessity that we communicate. If all this seems drivel, please forgive me.....I'm only trying to help.
