I want to quit my job..Can you Relate - How Should I Quit?

Being at a place 8 hours day with horrible bitchy people who gossip and carry on.. it's crazy too when you get a bunch of work to do but no one wants to train you.. too busy.. I don't think I'm going to stay my sanity means more to me than the $$ -- even in this economy.. now my question is how should I quit. haha
